This program quickly and simply will allow you to make Shutdown, Reboot, Hibernate, Logoff, Standby, Lock the local or remote computer (or several computers). As you may may awake the removed computer with the help of function Wake-On-LAN. You can specify a shutdown without warning. Applications running on the target machine(s) at the time of shutdown can be allowed to close, or can be terminated immediately. Whilst a delayed remote shutdown is taking place, you can abort the shutdown of any or all of the workstations on the shutdown list.

Allows an NT/2K/XP Administrator to remotely shutdown any number of NT/2K/XP Workstations over which they have administrative control via either a GUI or the command-line. They can optionally specify a delay and message to be displayed to the user during shutdown. During this time the shutdown can be aborted.
Multiple workstations can be specified in the GUI and this list can be saved for later use in either interface.
